The new showroom is awesome, parking howeverwas certainly an after thought.Staff are super friendly, pretty efficient really.Sadly we had some recall work done, so not spending big money. After they disconnecting the power we had problems with our Stereo steering wheel controls. 1st world problem, but the bottom line was it wasn't dodgy when it went in, was when it came out. Took I back in 4 or 5 weeks later only to be told the didn't do it, fix it yourself. Ended up being a reasonably easy fix when we researched it. Just disappointed that they fobbed us off after they caused an issue.

After placing an offer on a vehicle, i received no feedback as to what was happening with the offer. Followed up with messages and phone calls to only find out days later they sold the car to someone else. Such a lack of communication and customer service.

Few months ago when I had a service at Maddington I was not at all happy. The customer service was so unprofessional. To be honest I hated getting my car serviced from there. I wasn’t sure if I should go there again or not. But when I went there this time I experienced a whole new different experience.A lovely customer service officer named, Kirsty looked after me. She was very professional and supported me through the process. She was very friendly. I went there during a very busy time. She never rushed me. She had so much respect and patient.Well done in hiring mature respectful professionals.

Bought a $50k+ car from them which was supposed to be detailed but arrived to East Coast a month later completely filthy inside and out. First they lied about having had it detailed, but when confronted with pics of the mud, grass, Maddington sign boards, receipts etc they apologised and offered to pay for detailing. That was a month ago and they're still giving us the run around. Unacceptable to be shipping an uncleaned vehicle during Covid times, worse yet to lie and dodge the issue. Bottom line, if you want to buy from a trustworthy dealer you're looking in the wrong place. Exterior filthiness didn't show up well in pics, but it looked like it had been taken for a run in the mud.

Thanks to Jake and Daniel for turning a bad experience into an amazing one! After Being Aman’d and told lie after lie about when my car would be. Finally after Jake came in I got a straight and honest answer - lucky for me car was here earlier than expected. Handover was exceptional and left very happy. Thanks guys!
